📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Take and relay orders accurately to the kitchen staff.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Assist with food and beverage service.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking.
- Promote our menu items and specials to guests.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with basic Korean language skills a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
- A genuine passion for food and hospitality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
