In this role, you will work closely with our Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure that every dish is prepared to perfection. Your daily tasks will include washing and prepping vegetables, cooking proteins, baking bread, and assisting with food presentations. With your expertise, you will help us maintain our reputation for delivering delicious, high-quality meals to our valued customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and food safety guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Work efficiently under the guidance of the Head Chef to meet daily production targets.
• Ensure all food is prepared and served at the correct temperature.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to prevent foodborne illnesses.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking kitchen supplies as needed.
• Participate in kitchen meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring dishes are presented attractively and promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and methods.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy ingredients and equipment.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools such as stoves, ovens, and grills.
