Homeroom Teacher (Elementary)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and meet the individual needs of students.
• Create a positive and engaging classroom environment that fosters student motivation and participation.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help students reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure the holistic development of each student.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and best practices, incorporating new strategies into your teaching methods.
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and community outreach programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
• Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and respected.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience teaching elementary school students.
• Valid teaching certification or license in Indonesia.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian national curriculum and educational standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, administrators, and parents.
• Creative and innovative teaching methods.
• Passion for working with children and making a positive impact on their lives.
