📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.
• Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all merchandise is presented in an appealing and organized manner.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the shopping experience.
• Work closely with the store manager to ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events and sales within the store.
• Ensure that the store is clean, safe, and compliant with all health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to all visitors, ensuring that they feel welcome and valued.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the sports fashion industry.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
