📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitor and maintain the performance of blowing machines to ensure optimal production output.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions in the blowing machines.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of the equipment.
  • Develop and implement improvement plans to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the blowing machines.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers and operators on the proper use and maintenance of the blowing machines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production operations.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the plastics or manufacturing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of blowing machines and their components.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
