You'll also oversee general affairs, ensuring the smooth running of the club's facilities and operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Oversee benefits administration and payroll processing
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Coordinate with management to drive strategic HR initiatives
• Oversee general affairs, including facility management and operations
• Handle employee grievances and disputes
• Develop and implement HR training programs
• Ensure the smooth running of the club's facilities and events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and General Affairs
• Proven experience in managing HR functions in a professional sports environment
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Familiarity with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR
