📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and optimize packaging designs to meet environmental and regulatory standards.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify new materials and technologies for packaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging solutions are safe, sustainable, and competitive.
• Evaluate and select suppliers for packaging materials and components.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor and improve packaging processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in packaging technology.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the production team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Technology, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in packaging development and material science.
• Proficient in using packaging design software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.
• Experience with sustainability and environmental impact assessment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in food safety or packaging technology is a plus.
