📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities in the digital leasing space.
• Train and support staff on the use of digital leasing platforms and tools.
• Monitor and optimize digital leasing performance metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements to the digital leasing strategy.
• Represent Moldex Group at industry events and conferences to showcase the company's digital leasing innovations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate leasing, property management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and CRM systems.
• Proven experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
