📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages to guests.
• Stock and manage bar inventory, ensuring all supplies are well-organized and readily available.
• Maintain a clean and well-presented bar area, including cleaning glassware and surfaces.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down bar equipment for events and special occasions.
• Recommend and suggest new drinks and cocktails to the bar manager based on guest feedback and trends.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
• Work collaboratively with the bar team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of alcoholic beverages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a bartender or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and bar management software.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Fluent in English, as it is the primary language of the club.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about the hospitality industry.
