📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Provide technical support to employees, ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to do their jobs effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect our IT infrastructure from threats.
• Manage and support our Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Ensure that our users have access to the tools they need to collaborate and communicate efficiently.
• Work closely with our IT team to monitor, maintain, and optimize our IT infrastructure.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support and management.
• Certifications in Microsoft 365, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator or Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator, are a plus.
• Proficient in using IT infrastructure tools and software, such as VMware, Active Directory, and PowerShell.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cloud services, such as Azure or AWS, is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
