• Plan and facilitate engaging play and movement activities tailored to the developmental stages of young children.
• Assist the lead teacher in classroom management, including supervising children during activities and ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.
• Monitor and document children's progress and development using tools such as observation journals and developmental checklists.
• Collaborate with the team to prepare and present educational programs and activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols and emergency procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a play-based or Montessori setting.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
