• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and creativity.
• Operate espresso machines and milk texturing equipment to create high-quality coffee drinks.
• Maintain a clean and organized coffee station, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily coffee production targets.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve our offerings.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a professional coffee shop or café.
• Proven expertise in espresso pulling, milk texturing, and latte art.
• Certification in coffee brewing and barista techniques (e.g., SCA, BCX, or similar).
• Familiarity with coffee machines and equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Passionate about coffee and committed to providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
