📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage all accounts payable activities, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments.
• Implement and maintain financial systems such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Monitor and improve payment processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Work closely with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into payment trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
• Mentor and train junior staff to develop their financial skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive financial strategy and achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable management, preferably in a dynamic and growing company.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in Accounts Payable (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is a bonus.
