📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize financial processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of financial supervisors and accountants.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions using SAP and other financial software.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial supervision and accounting management.
• Proven experience with SAP and other financial software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional certification in Accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
