📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit assigned clients to collect outstanding debts and negotiate payment plans.
• Conduct thorough debt reviews and prepare detailed reports for management.
• Resolve disputes and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all collections using the bank's internal system.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Attend meetings and training sessions to stay updated on collections policies and procedures.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection guidelines.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful debt recovery and customer relationship management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
