📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance equipment performance and efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of equipment failures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support and training to equipment operators and maintenance personnel.
• Monitor equipment performance metrics and generate reports for management.
• Maintain detailed records of equipment maintenance activities and calibration data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in semiconductor equipment engineering or a related field.
• Proficient in using semiconductor equipment engineering software such as ASML, Applied Materials, or Lam Research tools.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and industry standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required.
