📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute creative concepts for short films and narrative-driven videos, leveraging AI tools and software such as Runway ML, DeepArt, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Collaborate with the team to create visually stunning and emotionally resonant content that captivates audiences worldwide.
• Utilize AI-powered editing and compositing tools to streamline the post-production process and enhance the overall quality of our content.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and digital media technology, and incorporate new tools and techniques into your workflow.
• Conduct research and experimentation to explore the creative potential of AI in the realm of video production.
• Work closely with our team of storytellers, artists, and technologists to ensure that our content is not only visually appealing but also technically sophisticated and emotionally engaging.
• Contribute to the development of our brand's unique visual identity and aesthetic, and help to establish our company as a leader in the field of AI-generated content.
• Participate in industry conferences, workshops, and networking events to stay connected with the latest trends and best practices in the field of digital media and AI.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Computer Science, or a related field, with a strong portfolio of AI-generated content and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry.
• Proven expertise in AI tools and software such as Runway ML, DeepArt, and Adobe Premiere Pro, with a deep understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
• Strong creative vision and a passion for storytelling, with the ability to develop and execute compelling narrative-driven concepts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required for this role.
• Familiarity with industry-standard project management tools and methodologies, such as Asana or Trello.
• Experience with AI-powered editing and compositing tools, such as Adobe After Effects or Final Cut Pro, is a plus.
• Previous experience working with international clients or in a global context is a valuable asset.
