• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and manage all HR documentation.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with managers and employees to address HR concerns and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on multi-branch operations.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
