PT Cipta Media is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization and its employees.,Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually, and provide ongoing support and feedback to participants.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with the organization's goals and objectives.,Provide guidance and support to employees on career development and growth opportunities.,Conduct needs assessments and surveys to identify training and development needs.,Maintain accurate records of training programs, participants, and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.,Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
