📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct thorough reviews of mortgage applications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.,Identify and resolve quality issues in mortgage applications, including incomplete or inaccurate information.,Collaborate with underwriting and processing teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of quality issues.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to improve the overall quality of mortgage applications.,Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Provide training and support to junior team members to ensure consistent quality standards.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in mortgage quality review.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in mortgage quality review, preferably in the US market.,Strong knowledge of mortgage regulations, guidelines, and best practices.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Experience with mortgage quality review software and tools is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
