📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in the sales process by providing information to customers and answering their questions.

Maintain and update customer records and sales data.

Support the sales team in preparing and presenting sales proposals.

Assist in the organization and execution of sales events and promotions.

Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Assist in the analysis of sales data and the preparation of sales reports.

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.

Assist in the training and development of new sales staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work well in a team and individually.

Basic knowledge of sales software and tools.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Familiarity with the tech industry is a plus.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
