📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and disciplinary actions.,Monitor sales and financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing a successful restaurant or food service operation.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
