📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients with a warm and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries accurately and promptly.,Maintain and update the guest book and visitor records.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Handle and manage mail and packages.,Perform general administrative tasks as needed.,Ensure the reception area is clean and well-maintained.,Provide information about the company and its services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English, with knowledge of local languages an advantage.,Proficiency in using computer and office software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
