📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that all deadlines are met.,Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all products meet the required standards.,Develop and implement production plans and strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.,Identify and address any production issues or bottlenecks that may arise.,Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the workplace is a safe and healthy environment for all employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production data and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervisory or management role.,Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and operational efficiency.,Experience in managing a team and ensuring that they meet their targets and objectives.,Proven ability to develop and implement effective production plans and strategies.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both management and staff at all levels.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in production management.,Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Industrial Engineering, Business Administration) is a plus.
