MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) Drafter

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create accurate and detailed MEP drawings and schematics using AutoCAD and Revit
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure drawings meet project requirements
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve design issues and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of MEP systems to ensure they meet project specifications
• Prepare construction documents and shop drawings for fabrication and installation
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical input as needed
• Ensure all drawings and documents are properly coordinated and clash-free using Navisworks
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, codes, and regulations to maintain high-quality standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP drafting or a similar role
• Proven experience using AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Valid IDP (Indonesia Design Professional) certification is a plus
