KNOT Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Officer to join our team in Kuta, Bali. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with limited experience in Human Resources to kickstart their careers in a dynamic and growing company.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks, assisting with recruitment processes, and contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
  • Help with the preparation and distribution of employee communications and HR documents.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and managing HR-related correspondence.
  • Contribute to the development of HR reports and data analysis.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related events and activities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Recent graduate or professional with limited experience in Human Resources.
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
  • Passionate about HR and eager to learn and grow.
