📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver exceptional customer service.,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and market share.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to improve sales outcomes.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Attend and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and tools.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
