As a Recruiter at Sentosa Mining, you will play a crucial role in helping us build a strong and diverse team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Sourcing and screening candidates for various roles within the company.
• Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit.
• Managing the recruitment process, including coordinating with hiring managers and tracking progress.
• Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Providing feedback to candidates and assisting them throughout the recruitment process.
• Analyzing recruitment metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the mining industry.
• Strong understanding of the mining industry and the ability to identify top talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
