📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and onboarding/offboarding procedures.,Support the HR team in organizing and executing HR-related events and activities.,Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting a culture of inclusivity and diversity.,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures, and ensure they are up-to-date and compliant.,Provide general HR support to the management team and other departments as needed.,Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
