📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and ensuring vehicles are in good condition.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including fuel efficiency, vehicle utilization, and safety compliance.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide training and support to drivers and other staff as needed.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Knowledge of English is a plus.
