📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to set menus and recipes.,Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.,Stock and manage kitchen inventory, including fresh produce, pantry items, and equipment.,Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet customer expectations.,Work efficiently under pressure to meet service targets.,Assist in cleaning and maintaining the kitchen and dining areas.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
