Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and sales activities.,Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our market presence and increase revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and threats.,Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to drive business growth.,Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs.,Present business proposals and reports to senior management.,Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote our brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
