In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a passion for helping others find the right career opportunities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate interviews and schedule meetings with potential candidates.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Provide support to the recruitment team in achieving recruitment targets.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
