📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain financial forecasts and budgets using advanced financial modeling tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Support the finance team in financial planning and analysis activities, including scenario analysis and variance analysis.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to various departments as needed.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Proficient in using financial software such as Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations is a plus.
