📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth running of the warehouse.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff to ensure they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and reduce waste.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Monitor warehouse safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Analyze warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely and accurate ordering of goods.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Proven experience in inventory management and control systems.,Strong knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using warehouse management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and local business practices.
