Space New Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Store Admin to join our team. This is an immediate opening, so if you're ready to start right away, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and supporting the store manager in achieving the company's goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Assist in the preparation and organization of store displays and promotions.,Perform cash handling and banking duties, including reconciling daily sales.,Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.,Collaborate with the store manager and other team members to achieve sales targets.,Assist in the training and development of new store staff.,Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all store transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
