📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers upon arrival and departure.,Take and relay customer orders accurately to the kitchen staff.,Present food and beverages in an attractive and timely manner.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.,Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or complaints.,Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.,Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter or similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Friendly and professional demeanor.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.,Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
