📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate all logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse management, and transportation.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.,Monitor and evaluate logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Manage and supervise a team of logistics coordinators, providing guidance, training, and support.,Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless logistics operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of logistics operations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws, regulations, and customs.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
