Bloom Glow Mandiri is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Bartender to join our team. As a Lead Bartender, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our bar, ensuring high-quality service, and creating a memorable dining experience for our customers. This is a full-time position located in Jember, offering a competitive salary and opportunities for growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure the bar is stocked with the necessary supplies and ingredients to meet customer demands.,Create and maintain a well-organized and visually appealing bar area.,Train and mentor junior bartenders to ensure consistent quality of service.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in inventory management and cost control to ensure profitability.,Promote and upsell bar menu items to increase sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a bartender or in a similar role.,Proven ability to manage and lead a team.,Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and bar management software.,Previous experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting is a plus.,Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
