📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.,Train and develop junior staff to improve their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Participate in store promotions and marketing activities to drive sales.,Collaborate with the regional manager to ensure store performance meets company standards.,Maintain a clean and safe store environment for customers and employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.,Willingness to travel for store visits and training sessions.
