As an HR & Legal Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, managing employee records, processing payroll, coordinating training programs, and assisting with legal documentation. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee records and ensure accuracy of HR data using SAP SuccessFactors
• Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payments
• Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
• Assist with legal documentation and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws
• Organize and facilitate training programs for employees
• Handle employee relations and resolve HR-related issues
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures
• Assist with the preparation of HR reports and analytics

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration or a related role
• Proficient in using SAP SuccessFactors for HR management
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
