📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and developing retail sales strategies to achieve sales targets.,Support the sales team in identifying and developing new retail sales opportunities.,Provide excellent customer service and support to retail customers.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Monitor and report on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.,Assist in training and mentoring new sales staff.,Participate in sales promotions and events to drive sales and brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail sales principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales performance metrics and reporting tools is a plus.
